The room was great, I loved the location, walked from the train station to the lodge, lovely walk but some level of fitness required due to the steep hill. Breakfast is is croissant and yoghurt hanging from your door if you want it. If you want in room dining this place is not for you, if you want to discover Lincoln town on foot and enjoy the local restaurants, no better place. Will be staying again

It's definitely a little gem with the river running alongside the back garden.The host absolutely smashed it. Highly recommended.
