The perfect tiny house near Eglisstadir- we loved it! Beautiful location, cosy house with a wood fireplace and comfortable couch. The hosts were lovely and left us treats for Christmas Eve. We also enjoyed the discount for Vok baths. Although we didn't get to see the Northern Lights due to snow/clouds- it was still a lovely stay. We woke up to a winter wonderland on Christmas day.

It was really cozy and comfy with great views to the lake and the mountains. The staff was really kind, especially the woman with yellow jacket. In the room there was water and homemade cookies, we loved that detail.

We used the hot tub and sauna, which was great after a long day of travel. And we saw beautiful northern lights at this location. Elsa was kind to show them to us as they started up, and informed the other guests next to us also. They were a spectacular show of northern lights, and one of the highlights of our trip. We also got to give the sheep a bottle. So cute!

Clean, comfy, cosy, friendly owners, very well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Obviously newly renovated. Nice pictures on the walls. Good beds, writing desk in the sleeping room. Dark blinds to keep the light out in summer, when the night is short.
