Loved the heated bathroom floor and the shower. The bathroom is sometimes overlooked but not here. It was fantastic! The star of the show was the VIEW!! It was just stunning to look out and see the sea. Our first night it rained but we woke up to 5 inches of snow. It was a beautiful sight! And we saw the northern lights from our room!! No words!! The bed, dual comforters, and the overall size of the room were great. Having coffee and creamer was such a bonus. We loved it!

The Garage has mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in Varmahlíð, 14 km from Skogafoss Waterfall. With lake views, this accommodation features a patio. Everything! The hosts are so friendly and offered some baked cake and cookies. Well equipped facilities, board games and a hottub! The size of the room was by far the biggest we had for 3 people and it was very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. with a cute back terrace. On top of that, the price was slightly below average. Best value for money. Totally reccommended
