Our expectations were exceeded on every front. The location is the best in Milan, with a short 1-minute walk to the Duomo and Galleria. There are plenty of shops and brands nearby. Lots of options for food and drinks, too! La Rinascente is about 10 seconds from the building, another great place to visit when in Milano. Pedro was such a wonderful host - he made our stay so comfortable and always had nice surprises for us throughout the stay. We felt so pampered! The room is extremely clean and comfortable, and the size is great! The TV has everything, the heating system is great and the bathroom is nice and modern. All amenities are there and readily available to refill when needed. We loved the welcome drink and biscuits, the earplugs on the bedside tables, the complimentary Nespresso pods refilled daily, the umbrella on rainy days - all details were thought of and taken care of before we even ask! We were in 3 adults, and they put only 2 set of towels in the room, but they were very quick when I requested the 3rd set of towels, very friendly.

Situated in the centre of Milan and close to sights such as The Last Supper, Sforzesco Castle and Palazzo Reale, Milan Retreats Duomo features accommodation with free WiFi and seating area. I like how it was in close proximity of everything. The metro was a minute away, duomo was right at the corner of the living space & lastly lots of shopping/restaurants were surrounded by the place. I also appreciated that we were provided with video instructions on how to get to the place as it is an area of a normal apartment building which can be a little confusing without the video instructions. Our room had a mini kitchen that had nespresso machine & a fully stocked kitchen equipment - we had a night that we got to cook and have a relaxing night in.

Antica Residenza is in a beautiful old buildig restored beautifuly. I loved all details old timbers, wooden doors, windows. The room and bathroom are spacious. There is a big wardrobe in the room with planty of space for clothes. I spent 4 days only but I could spend more time to wander in Tirano and the surronding. There is a fridge and air condition in the room. The bathroom has a window too so you can enjoy fresh air at nights when temperature cools down. There is a terrace befor the room with tables and chairs. One evening I had a great dinner of pizza wich I bought in a nearby pizzeria on that terrace. Antica Resindenza is in the beautiful old town of Tirano, a few meters from the Poschiavo Porta, an old Gate of the old city. It is less then 10 minutes walk to Bernina Express and the local busses and trains. I arrived from Milano to Tirano by train and it is an easy walk to Antica residenza even with a suitcase to pull. In Italy you have too prepare for an italian sweet breakfast, which I love and always eat. In Antica Residenza beside the very fresh and tasty sweets I tasted the ham of the region which is faboulous. Elena the host is very helpfull speaks English very well. If I visit Tirano again which is very likely I definetely I will stay again in Antica Residenza.
