Everything, we loved La Magnolia and we loved Orvieto. Our apartment had recently been renovated and has some amazing features, the Cathedral is represented in the wonderful bedhead and the tiles in the bathroom. The apartment was very comfortable, in midwinter it was warm, sunny and spacious. There were many clever design features including a kitchen area with retro appliances and it was so nice to come back to and look out the window at their mother's magnolia tree after which the hotel is named. I've never uploaded photos before so these were taken for family.

The situation was perfect for us, as we are both enjoying the old town and driving to the beautiful villages nearby. The owners were amazingly helpful with suggestions for restaurants in only Perugia, but also the neighboring towns. They were wonderful!

The apartment was roomy, clean, comfortable, and in a great location, close to bars and restaurants. The steam shower was an added bonus! Riccardo was friendly, extremely responsive, and helpful. He provided local recommendations, to include a restaurant recommendation, which was excellent! The name of the restaurant is called “Il Cantinone.” We would definitely recommend this apartment, and we would definitely stay there again, if we are ever in Perugia in the future!

It's literally 20 meters from the railway station, so it's well connected but also just 20 minutes by foot (uphill) to the city center. The host was very helpful and friendly.

We had a an absolutely lovely stay. Cassandra was so helpful with recommending a lovely restaurant (best meal we had in our two weeks in Italy) and making us comfortable. The breakfast was amazing - we were spoiled for choice and everything is well-presented and delicious. You can not ask for a nicer view. I would highly recommend this lovely house in the mountain!
