We headed to Heidi for a night stay after 2 days of snow activities at Vivaldi Park . It was very nice of Mr Lee to pick us from our Vivaldi Park accommodation to Heidi. However, due to the extreme snowfall on that particular day, the typical 20 min to-and-fro drive became 3 hours in total for Mr Lee but he was patient and at all smiles throughout. Mr Lee also sent us to a nearby supermarket later in the day to buy some food for our BBQ. Heidi itself is a lodge-like accommodation which provided urbanites like us a whole different experience . The room was clean, spacious, warmly heated with a little kitchenette. We especially enjoyed the warm hospitality of the owners (Mr and Mrs Lee), the BBQ over brick-stove and charcoal as well as having our meals in the naturally firewood heated dining place . Thank you for sharing with us your lovely homemade Kimchi and drinks , roasted sweet potatoes, tangerine , etc. Got acquainted with a friendly couple from HK too! Happy New Year and we hope to be back to Heidi again !

Terrace on the Cloud is located in Daegwallyeong and offers self-catering units with a terrace and free WiFi. A continental breakfast is available each morning at the holiday home. Howard the host made our stay very pleasant, there is nothing that he would not do to help us. I felt sorry for our friends that paid twice as much as us to stay at the resort and miss out experience that Howard was able to gave us.

Set 2.4 km from Sokcho Expo Park, Sokcho & Guesthouse features rooms with air conditioning in Sokcho. The owners are so nice and helpful. They helped with everything, starting with what to do, how to get there and also planning our next destination in Korea(Found the cheapest and most comfortable flight for us to Jeju). The place is super clean and very nice! The best guesthouse I stayed in.

Set in Sokcho and only 2.1 km from Mulchi Beach, Casa Seorak Bed and Breakfast offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. The owner of the property was very kind, very helpful told us about good places to eat got places to go see

Located in Yangyang, near Jukdo Beach and Ingu Beach, Yangyang Ocean Stay is a recently renovated property, featuring, a private beach area and garden. The apartment was nice with a beautiful view of the beach right across the street. There were a few things to do within walking distance and in the town nearby. Clean and had all the essentials needed for a short or long term stay. We really enjoyed our stay!

Situated in Yangyang, 600 metres from Gaesmaeul Beach, Scenery after Rain features accommodation with free bikes, free private parking and a garden. truly amazing. soothing and the owner was exceptionally kind. the rooms were clean and truly zen. my biggest regret was not staying longer.

Situated in Pyeongchang, 46 km from Pyeongchang Olympic Plaza, Gilson Story Pension features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. The host was so welcoming and helpful! We felt so at home here.

Offering a garden and sea view, Fine and You Ocean City is set in Donghae, 200 metres from Hanseom Beach and less than 1 km from Gamchu Beach. Great small apartment right near the beach and 3 blocks from busy town area. You can cook and do laundry in the room and the hotel also has great coin laundry. The renter was quick to answer all our calls and concerns. I could rave about the beach boardwalk at night too. It helps to speak Korean at the local restaurants.
