In the mornings when groups are getting ready to go trekking or needing to catch a shuttle, he’s always making sure everyone is taken care, whether that means he’s driving people to where they need to go etc. the house itself is very cute, painted with love and you can just feel the good vibes. We arrived in Kuala Tahan when the floods started rising. Our host informed us about the situation beforehand, but we decided to go there anyways. We stayed 2 nights, and he was always helping and informing us about the flood situation which was very helpful for us. Unfortunately we did not see much of the inner jungle of Taman Negara. But if the floods wouldn't had been at this time we would have had a great time at Hana Guesthouse!

The owners are really friendly and kind, the rooms are nice and clean, the bathrooms as well, there’s air con and a window, a nice terrace with a roof, chairs and a table, a place where you can hang your clothes for drying, refill station for water (cold and hot), there’s tea and snacks on the porch, the location is in the center of the small village and close to the river. I hurt my foot on a jungle tour and the owner was so kind and went to the restaurant nearby and came back with a pack of ice to cool my ankle. Liked it here very much!!!
