Super friendly and responsive host. Easy check-in, even after hours. Super location. We could park our rental car on the gated property. Beautifully designed rooms and common areas. Everything is very clean and the rooms are properly cleaned every day (not just beds made and floor swept but cleaned). Great value.

The propiator (Arlene) contacted me on WhatsApp many days before stay to check if everything was correct. Then asked if we needed airport transfer. Very attentive. The apartment was super nice with everything in place. Comfy beds and one of the best showers I have every used. Snacks, coffee and tea available and of course a swimming pool and benches at our discretion. Then she drove us to the airport the next morning and all this transport for free! Breakfast we received in a basket and it was very rich and enough for four people. Highly recommended.

Communication with Nekesha was super easy and she replied promptly!! The apartment was designed tastefully with all modern appliances. It literally felt like home. The kitchen especially was super cute. You cannot go wrong and will definitely stay here again! I flew into Trinidad last minute and booked as I landed. The late night check in was welcomed and in no time I was checked in and relaxed! Thanks again. Highly recommend!

Very friendly host, customer service is outstanding, Since the apartment is very high it portrays a beautiful overview of the sea and its surrounding areas especially during the night time, it is peaceful and indeed quiet, very comfortable an exceptionally clean apartment. 10/10 and would recommend to anyone travelling to Trinidad.

I stayed in Francis nook for the purpose of Trinidad carnival due to the short distance from Port of Spain Firstly I was so pleased to find this Gem especially with only a few weeks left till carnival! From the moment I booked the host (Jurnelle) kindly communicated with me regarding my stay to see how they could be of any assistance and how they could make my trip more enjoyable i.e arrange transport for parities I would be attending, consume pick ups etc. I was picked up at the airport by the lovely Jurlene who had arrived to pick me up in advance time so I did not have to wait around. I had briefly mentioned I was coming to celebrate my birthday as well as carnival, upon my arrival to my accommodation I found a Lovely birthday Surprise little hamper with balloons. I absolutely fell in love with accommodation from the moment I walked in It was clean, tidy, fresh, modern and most importantly safe I was given a tour of the property and was made to feel comfortable and assured that if I needed anything they would be there to assist. During my stay whilst respecting my space and privacy the host were so kind and messaged often to check on my safety and well-being which I found to be very sweet especially as I was there on a solo trip (although it wasn’t my first time in Trinidad for carnival) before I left I had to make sure I enjoyed the jacuzzi as I was too busy on the road partying and enjoying the fetes it’s such a lovely addition to the home and recommend taking a dip. This is a family run business and the host are brilliant at what they do, it’s obvious they have been in this game for a while. Whilst they remained professional this family were so warm, kind and Gracious and they made me feel so welcome I could see this extended to other guests also. They have pure and big hearts, this is why I believe the business/property remains blessed To you all the sisters, brother and mum, THANKYOU May you always find favour and Goodness. Perfect location from the airport! Super modern apartment. Clean!!! All amenities! Self check in was awesome. The owner was a WhatsApp away and was always prompt with his responses. This is my go to Apartment whenever I go Trinidad!! Forget the hotels. This is the spot right here!!! You will not be disappointed! Highly recommend.

Being from WV of the USA and my first time in Trinadad, I was not sure what to expect at the Traum House. I was pleasantly surprised with an Island Paradise. The room was clean, I had a private bathroom, a fridge in my room, and Netflix. The common room was a shared kitchen with plenty of ice. Oh the room was as cold as you like it with a top notch wall a/c unit rated #1 on Amazon. The pool was so serene with so many beautiful orange flowers surrounding the crystal clean water, an outdoor shower and bathroom, and a gazebo area with hammock, barbeque grill, and plenty of chairs and tables. There was an interesting library of books and historic artifacts in the common area. I felt safe within the gated area and it was right in the heart of the real Trinadad. It was in walking distance to markets and pizza. I did decide to get a Papa John's pizza and Subway because I missed USA food and it tastes exactly the same. If you want to hop on a clean bus 3 blocks away and go anywhere, this is the ticket. Oh my girl Monisha and my Dr Ros the owner were on site and helped us out every day with travel plans and my requests were on point. He even put in handicap bar in shower the minute I mentioned it was a good idea for me. Blessed to have been at the Traum House. Thankful for the help and friendliness away from home. It was hot but not humid and the breeze was nice. It was bustling in and around town. This is the best pick for comfort and seeing the real Trinadad.
