At the luxury tent, units have a outdoor furniture. All units have a private bathroom, free toiletries and bed linen.

You can play darts at the luxury tent. Alsarmadi Desert Camp has a children's playground and a picnic area.

An amazing experience in this camp owned by Sayid and his family. We had a wonderful welcome, kids enjoyed different activities as camel ride and sledding on the dunes. The camp is located high on the dunes, view and sunset are amazing. The tents have really comfortable beds. I would recommend this camp if you are looking for an authentic Omani desert experience. It was really hard to say goodbye.

Oman desert private camp is situated 10 km in the desert at the top of one of the highest dunes at the area.

Its a luxury tent and consist of 2 floors . There is a balcony and a dining table in each tent. Each tent have a private bathroom.

The location of this camp is absolutely perfect being so secluded. I stayed for two nights and really enjoyed everything. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a nice and quiet experience in the desert. They’ll send you a message the day before arrival with a meeting point (Google Oman Desert Private Camp Station) and time. From there you can either ride with them (15omr for two ways) or follow them in your own 4x4. There’s no wifi in the camp but there is 4g.

Desert Private Camps - Private Bedouin Tent is located 20 km inside Wahiba Desert in located between beautiful sand dunes , for spectacular sunset and sunrise view.

This private bedouin camp is managed by a bedouin family, with traditional tents, bathroom with shower and an outside sitting room with barbecue facilities.

Highly recommended! The bedouin owner is the best host you can probably find on earth. He really cares a lot about his guests. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Also the tours he provided have been extraordinary - sunset camel ride, dune bashing, sandboarding, cooking class, hot air balloon flight, to only name a few. And you can have the real bedouin experience if you like. Here you can experience the famous omani hospitality. We loved it so much and will definitely come back!

Desert Private Camps -ShootingStar Camp has 2 Double door tents with a seating and dining area and 1 bathroom with a shower. It is 30 km to the village of Bediyah, in the middle of the Wahiba Desert on top of the dunes, with views of the sunset and sunrise.

We had a wonderful time. We chose to spend one night here and one in a different kind of accommodation in Wahiba Sands and it was perfect that way, exploring different aspects and views of the desert. The drive is a bit adventurous, however we felt safe as we had a guide to reach the camp from Bidiyah who helped us when we got stuck with our car. The camp is truly on top of the dunes. If may not be the best one if you want to do lots of sand boarding as the individual dunes are not that high but the view is amazing. The food we had was one of the best in all our Oman trip!

With an unbeatable setting in the silky dunes of the Omani desert, the 5-star Desert Nights Resort offers 55 luxurious Bedouin-style tents and 33 deluxe rooms for those seeking the ultimate desert adventure holiday.

Definitely what you would expect, and more. The location is the best part of the lodge, and they make sure to take full advantage of it. Perfect spot to relax and enjoy the solitude of the desert. I splurged on myself and got a deluxe suite, and it was well worth it. Very beautiful rooms. Food was great, and lots of options to choose from. Loved my stay here.

Any other activities, such as wandering around the sand, hiking, nearby cities, visiting heritage sites, sand skiing, camel riding, desert safaris, desert trips, camping and other activities at an additional cost.

We spent a night in there, and it was great. The sunset at the top of the dunes, the delicious dinner, the fire in the dark of the night and the chats with the friendly owner, really really kind to answer to all my questions about the Omani culture. Finally a big breakfast and a ride with a camel.

Situated in Bidiyah in the Al Sharqiyah region, Rashid Desert Private Camp has a balcony. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the luxury tent's outdoor fireplace or simply kick back and relax.

I spent alot of time researching the desert camp options and chose Rashid's because it ticked all the boxes for us...small camp - only 4 tents for a more intimate experience, reasonable prices for everything, elevated tents so not on the ground with creepy crawlers, private bath inside, comfy beds, good food, good reviews of the owner host for a welcoming and enlightening experience. The stay exceeded all of my, already high, expectations. also, some camps are just barely in the desert and some are many miles in, this was a lovely distance in. Rashid made us feel like honored guests and family. He wants his guests to feel at home and was open to all questions about his homeland and culture. He taught us so much and also loved to hear and learn about our homeland and lives. The food was incredible as well. We went dune bashing to collect some of the plastic I was so sad to see in the desert by my request. He took us to see camels and there were new babies. Whoever you choose to stay with please honor the desert and collect your garbage. But don't miss the opportunity to stay with rashid! We arrived as strangers and left as honored friends!

The camp is located in the desert and all is so beautiful - the tents are fitting in the nature in colors. The tents are very comfortable - but you are in a tent. The food is good, staff nice. The nigths are quiet, sunset and sunrise a unique experience and the dark nigths with lots stars. We will never forget this place and it will stay in our hearts

We had 2 tents for our party of 6. The tents were lovely with clean and comfortable beds and private bathrooms😁 Both breakfast and dinner was great. We did sunset camel trip which was well worth doing, and quad biking in the morning which the kids loved! Highly recommend this camp. Only 20 min into the desert, but it's in a great spot.

Loved everything about our stay in this desert camp. The drive there, the camp itself, the location, the buffet - it was a whole experience we will not forget. I was first not sure about the comfort of the “basic” sheikh tent but it was absolutely amazing!! We did not book any activity but instead went on a small walk along the dunes during sunset and it was just magical. According to the staff the pool of the private pool tents is heated, just in case this information helps anyone to decide.

Desert is magic, and this tented camp is amazing. It is the last one of the "line of tended camps" so no one drive as crazy in front of you. Tents are for four persons whit enought space for backpacks or suitcases. Bathroom is outside but with all facilities (be careful when you open water sink...at the begining it is boling). Camp offer a lot of things: camel drive, dune bashing, etc. Even a transport if you doesn't rent a 4WD.

A wonderful experience in the desert and good hospitality. + We had the best time at Al Hilal Private Desert Camp! Hilal is the best host we could ask for. He took us to watch the beautiful sunrise and sunset. We take us to eat. Local food was his choice. The tents were very clean and nice. Thank you Hilal for your hospitality! The prices were reasonable, including food, sandbagging, camel riding, dinner, and breakfast. I highly recommend this camp

Super cozy and cool place in the middle of the desert. The food was amazing and the tents were very spacious, nice and comfortable. I was happily surprised with the bathroom which was a proper bathroom, like with toilet and shower and all, it was great. The sunset tour is a must!

Ali, his brother and their staff are so eager making every guest feel comfortable and welcoming. They are so attentive and it is obvious that they think carefully about creating everyone a welcoming atmosphere: Dinner and breakfast were great, the tents are arranged cosy and comfortable and with enough distance to the other camp guests. The activities are very cool (camel ride by sunset, day trip with a guide further into the desert) and the location of the camp is absolutely stunning! We felt so relaxed during our 2-nights-stay.
