Check in was much smoother, the staff were lovely- some front desk probs but booking related not personnel. It's a great location, big comfortable hotel with a nice pool. All the taxis know it and it's close to the metro and many of the museums. Also great with the Hyatt next door which offers a lovely roof terrace for sunset cocktails.
