Location, interior, hammock in the living room, spacious fridge, showers, staff. Miss Gauhar at the reception was most notably accommodating and made the staff feel like at home, very cosy place and very good location for your visit to Almaty. Will definitely stay again.

Staff super helpful and friendly. The restaurant has a very large option menu though but expensive and had good wine Hot showers and clean

Loved the hotel and the neighbourhood. The room was pretty big and clean but the bathroom didn't have hot shower. The best part about the hotel is of course its staff Mr Masud. He helped me with a guide who showed me around Almaty. This was of great help as Almaty's taxi drivers are worse--they would charge an uninitiated traveler exorbitant fees. Overall nice hotel.

Clean room, hot shower. Good location,close to sights,elevator.

I requested to fix my shower since the cold and hot shower was too extreme.. I wanted a shower where i can have a regular temperature.. Not to hot and not too cold.. Somewhere in the middle.. They didn't pay me any attention.. A little disappointing..

Clean, well-maintained apartments, relatively new interior. Fresh linens, regular cleaning available alternate days. Hot shower. Espresso machine is provided for coffee lovers. Great proximity to all sight-seeing places and restaurants. Easy check-in experience. Relatively quiet neighborhood.
