The park is clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. The caravan was equipped with all you needed to cook meals for the duration of your stay. There was a full range of facilities on-site small pool, laundrette, and bar. A steam train passes throughout the day. Picnic benches overlooking Torbay. The bus stop is right outside the site. Good location to base for exploring Devon. I went when children were still at school, It was very quiet and peaceful. Will definitely go again.

Lots of little touches that helped to give us an exceptional holiday. Jo was friendly, happy very helpful. Location was superb, close to lovely beach, 2 minutes to pub, cafe, takeaways and corner shop. Parking was easy. Can't praise this apartment enough. Would definitely recommend and would go back in a heartbeat.
