Everything was perfect.. the camel crossing was unique, as well as dinner and breakfast.. the next day I decided to take a 4×4 tour with Mohammed through nomad villages, dunes and mines. We also did a tour to the Chegaga desert. fabulous!! The tent then, a luxury for the desert!!

The nearest airport is Zagora Airport, 111 km from the campground. This was our favorite stay in all of Marocco! The location next to sand dunes and palmtrees is just magnificent! The host took such good care of us it was wonderful. The rooms are spacious, beautiful and have a wide window to nature! But still the room is very private! The food that was served for diner was just amazing!! Real authentic Maroccan cuisine! Definitly a unique place to stay!!

Buffet and à la carte breakfast options with warm dishes, local specialities and fresh pastries are available every morning at the campground. Guests may wind down in the in-house lounge, while a grocery delivery service and packed lunches are also available upon request. Great place. Quiet location in the palmerie. Lots of space. Delicious diner, best tajine we had, the owners are both experienced cooks. Great breakfast too. Nice people. Romantic place with outdoor covered comfy eating areas, beautiful at night with candles. Your own little hut. We really advice to go here!

All units at the campground are fitted with a seating area. A balcony with an outdoor dining area and quiet street views is offered in every unit. Additional in-room amenities include fruits and chocolates or cookies. We nervously drove off into the dunes towards sunset, not sure what to expect...and we were so pleased! The staff were kind and helpful, the accommodation was simple but very comfortable...we really wish we had spent at least one more night...Our host was so welcoming and told the best jokes. The dinner was excellent as well. We hope to return some day!

The area is popular for walking tours, and car hire is available at Camp Sahara Dunes. Barbecue facilities are provided at the campground, and guests can also relax in the garden or go on a picnic in the picnic area. The host Aziz was a wonderful host. He took me to the Oasis and Chigaga Erg. He also arranged for my return taxi which was extremely helpfu.l He made my desert adventure a very memorable one. Chef Barack is a very kind person who makes delicious vegan food. I highly recommend this property.

The campground specialises in a vegetarian and halal breakfast and breakfast in the room is also available. For those nights when you'd rather not dine out, you can choose to have groceries delivered and cook on the barbecue. The food was really excellent and cleaned room I had spent a good staying in Desert waves Excursion , Mubarak who was really kind and friendly with his staff , it was a first time for me and i wish not being the last , I went to erg chigaga that was really amazing tour . thanks a lot and I can recommend this host
