Wanaka
Set in Wanaka in the Otago region, with The Wanaka Tree nearby, Hampshire Holiday Parks - Wanaka offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. This campground is 3.2 km from Puzzling World and 35 km from Cardrona. The campground features family rooms. We LOVED the wee cabin we booked for our stay. It was incredibly comfortable. On our first night we actually cooked and sat around the table together like it was our own home. The lounge being separate from the rooms was handy, especially when we have late sleepers. And it felt like a great secure location. I'd definitely come back again.

You can feel the positivity in this motorhome. It's tidy, clean and no odour at all! It's warm in winter night as it has heater and electric blanket. I'll definitely rebook when I come to Queenstown again. (Btw, where did you get the small firm pillow? It's the most comfortable pillow I've ever slept on!!)

We had a good stay in the park! We were ina. Self contained cabin, which came with most things you needed. Someway to make coffee (besides instant) would be a plus. The cabin was a bit worn but overall enjoyable. It's close to town centre with a short walk and right by the water. The staff were super friendly and helpful. It looks like there are lots of options for camping, campers, small and larger units.
I loved that it was a smaller camp ground that was quite and pleasant. Owner/manager went above and beyond when he gave me milk from his own fridge as I hadn’t thought to bring some. The cabin was perfect for our family, lovely and warm with a wall heater. Even had a kettle and fridge for making drinks. Toilets and showers were right across from cabin. The bonus was seeing sea lions at the very edge of the campground/beach. There was no cell signal but free wifi was included so all our family members were happy. Cabin A was A++++.
The camping ground is lovely . Beautiful lake views and friendly people. Amenities were clean. We will come back, but with our campervan next time.
Great location on the esplanade at the beach and only 10min drive or bus into Dunedin. Very clean room and comfortable with a nice outlook on the western side to the saltwater baths. Friendly staff at the front desk. Good restaurant (Titi's) for dinner.
We were sorry to only stay 2 nights as the accommodation was lovely and so convenient for seeing the Otago Peninsula. Very clean and comfortable with everything you need for a stay. An outside table and chairs and beautiful views. A short drive to Allan beach with very few people there but a sea lion and fur seals. OPERA - wildlife reserve with penguin rehabilitation facilities, and the Royal Albatross colony are just 30 mins or so away and well worth visiting. So enjoyed our stay.
Great facilities for campers, very clean bathrooms. We had a cottage with no bathroom facilities and had to use the campground bathrooms. They were very clean and well laid out. The bed was comfortable in the cottage. It was good value for money.
Our accommodation was very clean. Easy walk to the beach. Free internet.
Beautiful outlook across to the beach. Very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Well located.
The location looking out to the sea. Such great views and less than 5 mins onto beach. The decor ..excellent. very smart and elegant studio. The bed was superb..very comfortable. Everything very clean. Spacious bathroom. Two outside areas for relaxing....
Great wee home away from home. The kids loved having the beach close and was lovely being able to take our dogs with us. Very clean and had everything we needed.
