Self checkin slightly hard to navigate with tired kids in toe but staff were helpful. Beds were comfortable, and we loved the option to use the hot spring which was open until 1am. Lawson Convenient store is inside the hotel which was great as we arrived late at night. Buffet breakfast, very nice with lots of yummy options for kids and adults with Japanese and Western food.

Also, it has very nice beds, friendly staff and the best breakfast buffet. Both Japanese, European and American style. I always stay there if I fly out of Kansai.

The room itself is huge, comfortable and quiet on a high floor. Probably my favourite place to stay in the Osaka area, and I usually stay in this hotel every time I have the opportunity. Breakfast is delicious including Japanese and Western style options. Somehow the price was extremely low, even cheaper than a capsule hotel on the dates I stayed...

It’s close to 2 Family Marts and a five-minute walk to 1 Seven Eleven. It’s also close to a delicious restaurant named ‘Nakau’, which is open 24h and another named ‘Sukiya’.
