Our recent stay at Bjørnfjell Mountain Lodge was an absolute delight from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service that set the tone for an extraordinary experience. The cleanliness of the lodge was impeccable. Every corner exuded a sense of pristine care and attention to detail, making our stay feel not just comfortable but truly indulgent. What truly stood out was the culinary experience. The food was beyond exceptional; each dish was a masterpiece crafted with both skill and passion. We had an all around fantastic stay. Staff was really nice and proactive to make you feel at home. The included breakfast and the meals we ordered were delicious. Certainly a fantastic experience if you're looking for something other than the usual hotel room. And as luck has had it the weather allowed us to see a beautiful aurora right there and then.

I would rate this accommodation as one of the best I've experienced; really nice cabins, in the middle of the Norwegian arctic forest! We got a cabin with two stories. Bottom floor was a bed room, with great beds, with a glass wall towards the forest. It was like sleeping in the woods, among the trees. There was also a functional bathroom and shower. The top floor was a kind of small lounge, with another big window, stretching up to the ceiling. Had it been winter we would have seen the stars or the aurora light, but in the summer one could look up to the bright sky! We slept like a king and queen! Then there was a restaurant, serving superfood. We had a three course meal that was really top quality, with good wine to it. Do I need to tell you that the breakfast was good. This was a perfect place to stay on the way between the eastern part of arctic Norway and the western shores!

We were a couple on the way to Nordkape. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare a hot dinner. The bedding is pleasant. The shower is hot and good. Just a wonderful place!
