Everything was perfect. The location is a few minutes away from the center. In the apartment you can find everything you need and there is a lot of space. The host is very friendly and helped me with everything I wanted to know and needed. I totally recommend it with all my heart. There is no private parking but you can let the car on the streets (there are some rules, here I asked the host and I received all the information I needed) or there is a parking place close to the apartment (4.5 euro per day).

Spacious apartment, awesome location, simple and clear self check-in, parking options explained by the host (extra cost but it was explained beforehand, so no surprise), just enough detergent to use the washing machine or the dishwasher, fast internet, personalized welcome — everything was just great.

New, clean place with almost everything you need ! This place offers 2 beds + extra bed on a larger sofa. We were just one couple so we enjoyed the space and it was comfortable for us. Place is well equiped with all stuff you need for a comfortable stay. Beds and restroom/shower are downstars in an area which has just one tiny window so that might be a minus for some one. But on the other hand its a colder place during hot days ! Beds are great and comfortable as well as big variety of pillows. Bathroom is also new as well. The owner is VERY KIND and HELPFULL to requests, suggestions or any help and reply very fast. You can also find a lot of usefull tips in forms of links as a printed QR codes on the place ! Kitchen is well equiped for a basic cooking. Place is well situated in an area which is full of live. Big plus are the entry doors which are solid and can very effectively shield any sound from the street which makes it very quiet place ! You can find grocery supermarket just around the corner which has everything what you need for your comfortable stay and there are restaurants, coffee shops and bakerys just around the corner.

Our family of 5 (two parents and three kids ages 13, 10, and 6) had an amazing stay here during our kids' February break. The house is exactly as described, and is lovely. Each of the 4 bedrooms has a beautiful view of the city and the ocean, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the outside patio was beautiful. We enjoyed wine outside in the evenings, and the kids ate breakfast outside in the morning. The best part of our stay was the host, Sidónio. He was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. He had great suggestions for things to do and see on Madeira, and our trip would not have been the same without his suggestions!

The mamagers of the property were so nice to us, helped us with several things during our stay. We would rate the hospitality 10/10! The flat was modern and clean. Provided us with everything we needed including a cheap parking in a garage in the building.

Everything about this place was amazing!! There isn’t anything we didn’t like. We spent the majority of our time outside and the pool was perfect. Far exceeded our expectations and would have loved to have spent more time here

Fantastic apartment, very spacious and has got absolutely everything you need. The roof terrace and balcony are brilliant and the hosts are very quick with responding to any query. Perfect location, we'll definitely be back.
