La struttura e’ molto bella. Camere spaziose con vista mozzafiato e tutti i confort. Il personale al completo è eccezionale, molto gentile e simpatico.Ottima colazione con varietà di scelta (ottimo Cafè). Siamo stati 3 notti e 4 giorni e abbiamo cenato sempre in hotel. Tramite loro abbiamo anche prenotato il trekking con la guida Hmong. Un esperienza incredibile. L hotel e’ distante da Sapa anche se raggiungibile con una bella camminata. Un grazie anche al proprietario per la sua disponibilità e affabilità. In assoluto il nostro posto preferito in Vietnam.

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, strategically located in a prime area. From the moment we arrived, the staff exceeded our expectations with their exceptional hospitality. Despite our early morning arrival, they graciously offered us access to showers, complimentary breakfast, and securely looked after our luggage until our room was ready. As a thoughtful gesture on our departure day, they even prepared sandwiches and water for our journey back to Hanoi. The room was really nice with amazing view. Additionally, the hotel's laundry service provided added convenience. Moreover, the staff went above and beyond by providing invaluable recommendations that enriched our exploration of the area. Overall, our experience at this hotel was truly exceptional, thanks to the attentive service and impeccable amenities provided. Highly recommended for those seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay.

A 25 minuti in taxi da sapa city ma in una zona tranquilla e rurale molto bella. Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione con ampia scelta preparata al momento, porzioni abbondanti. Ci hanno organizzato due tour per le due giornate che avevamo a disposizione (un trekking di 4 ore con ragazza di etnia Mong e un tour personalizzato di un'intera giornata con varie tappe) e son state molto belle. Piscina a sfioro con zona idromassaggio molto bella e pulita. Abbiamo fatto 2 massaggi terapeutici al corpo e son stati meravigliosi. Camera nel bungalow ampia, spaziosa e luminosa.

The surroundings and the garden are beautiful. The garden has a lot of places to seat and enjoy the view. The room is nicely decorated. There’s 5 wonderful dogs walking around the property and in 3 days I heard them barking just once. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the nature of Sapa. Breakfast and meals are very tasty.
