It has everything you need for a mountain vacation. The kitchen especially was very well-equipped with everything you could think of and communication with the manager of the property was excellent and very efficient.

The studio apartment was quite comfortable, the spa area had a nice pool and sauna. However, what made our stay really outstanding was the hospitality and helpfulness of the host, Theodor. He went the extra mile to make us feel at home and helped us immensely with anything we needed help with. Truly recommended!

El Snow Lodge Mountain view ofrece vistas a la montaña y alojamiento con jardín y balcón a 1,3 km de la iglesia de la Santísima Trinidad. We stayed for one month and it was a real home away from home. Perfectly clean on arrival, multiple bedsheets provided and extra bedding in the wardrobe, all the kitchenware we needed, radiators in every room, etc. The wifi was reliable with no issues whatsoever and Victoria was highly responsive via WhatsApp when we asked for additional lightbulbs for the bedside lamps. The building is very secure and clean and quiet, in the ideal location just a 10 minute walk to the Gondola Station but also 10 minutes walk to the Old Town. Shower pressure is good and full tank of hot water. Amazing value for money and if we’re ever back in Bansko we would stay again!

The spaciousness, sunny and light, big balcony with sun, large comfortabel bed. The sauna in the complex which you could book and we had it everytime private. Responsive host. Recommend the place, I would want to live here. Lot of parking space and the ski gondola is on 20m walking distance. High speed internet.

We spent the weekend in the accommodation and it was great. The apartment is clean, the furniture is new. The heating of the apartment is excellent, you can adjust the temperature yourself. There is enough space for suitcases, the corridor is spacious. The location is good, you can reach the center of Bansko in a few minutes by car. The terrace is spacious and finely decorated. What I would single out is the spectacular view of Mount Pirin from the accommodation and from the terrace. The host is pleasant and responds quickly to messages. It was a good stay!

Everything was perfect, I strongly recommend it! We were a group of 13. The building was very clean and very warm. You must try the breakfast!

The apartment is very big with 2 large rooms (fit for a couple) and 1 room with 2 single beds and an attic with 2 more single beds. The kitchen was well equipped with all needed kitchen accessories. The living room is very big and comfortable. The apartment was clean and had a very large water heater so we always had hot water. There is a nice interior garden outside. The host was nice and helpful. She speak good English and has good hiking tips. The apartment is very close to the town center and to a lot of restaurants and shops.
