Located in downtown Tofino, the suites at Himwitsa Lodge have scenic views of the Clayoquot Sound. It features a fish shop and native art gallery on-site. Everything- we loved it all. Unfortunately, we had a difficult journey to Tofino because of the road closure but felt very comforted to have support from Cathy and a very warm welcome when we did arrive. Accommodation was stunning and the facilities were great. Our balcony was so relaxing and we were able to enjoy the sunsets as well as watch the world go by. We were not disturbed at all during our stay but were very aware of the support around if needed. We had an amazing trip bear hunting and saw lots of additional interests in the area. We enjoyed take away fish and chips on the balcony and a beautiful meal at schooner restaurant. The gift shop at Himwitsa was beautiful and the smoked salmon next door too. We loved the local art gallery with beautiful art in relation to the First Nations heritage and the visit to Meares Island was very tranquil.

What a fantastic stay at this gorgeous home. The view of the inlet is breathtaking and the property is filled with light. Sabrina was brilliant with recommendations and so kind and helpful throughout our stay. We appreciated the small touches of local coffee, bath salts to lending us her baby bouncer. The house has everything you need - the kitchen is well equipped and beds extremely comfortable. We loved our week there exploring Ukee and Tofino and just hope we can return soon!

The location is close to Cowichan Lake and wineries. We were met by J9hn upon arrival, who gave us an overview of his property, as well as recommended hiking spots and winery. Thank you again for such a lovely stay! My husband and I and our little dog will definitely be back!

It is a beautiful accommodation with a great view and a quite area. We loved it. The accommodation has everything you need, and the host is great. We loved the fire place and the beautiful surroundings of this place.

Stunning room with a nice view. Very easy self Check-In and good communications with the owners. Would definetely stay here again. Thank you!

Very polite and friendly staff. Lovely lodges and accommodations. Location Location Location. Easy walk along the Tonquin Trail from the Lodge to Tofino. Very good Salmon Dinner on the Friday night and Crab dinner on the Saturday night.
