Margaret the host was very friendly and responded quickly. The unit was well equipped and comfortable, and instructions provided by the host were clear and precise. We would book here again.

We arrived later than expected due to traffic coming from London and the hosts were super helpful in making sure we found our way to our hut. The hut itself was perfect, every small detail had been thought of and we arrived to fresh scones, jam and cream. The hosts knew it was my birthday and had put up a birthday banner and left a lovely card which was a really nice gesture. The hot tub was perfect - heat lasted for ages and the view was amazing for star gazing. We would definitely stay again.

Had a fantasic weekend made even better by a very accomodating host. Was provided with a hamper full of breakfast foods which were a lifesaver. The lodge was very clean and tidy, set in a postcardesque location - yet still just a couple of minutes drive from the city and university. Highly recommend :)

Spotlessly clean and cosy with top class appliances and bedding . Very handy having a balcony with the outside seating and sunbeds We cannot fault it and will definitely book again . When the better weather comes and the trees have all their leaves on it will be heavenly for walkers .

Very nice area, remote and secluded, very picturess. Easy access, and very comfortable. Really nice to relax and take in the nice area. having stayed in historic statics before this one was of a high quality to a designer aspect, the lodge was very nice.
