Nihal picked us at the Ella railway station and he provided us transport & guidance to visit all the places to see in Ella. He is a very helpful person and always willing to give his support in any case. The place is clean, calm and quiet and it is located very close to the nine arch's bridge and has a perfect view. Additionally the shower was fantastic.

Arawe is a newly renovated 150-year old nature cottage located around 400m from the centre of Ella. We loved the space that our cottage offered us apart from the room itself. It was a lot of open space that allowed us to feel relaxed and be on our own The owner gave us some fantastic recommendations as well for the places to check in Ella, and the staff is absolutely lovely and amazing. They take care of you with all your requests and try to make you super comfortable

Featuring a garden and free WiFi, Arana Sri Lanka Eco Lodge and Yoga Center is situated in Ella, 3 km from Demodara Nine Arch Bridge. Had and amazing stay! Just 2 nights but could have been a week. Just enough outside of downtown (a short walk or tuk tuk ride) to be peaceful and quiet but close enough to pop in for a meal, drink or a little bit of night life. The breakfast was perfect (great French press coffee) and my wife was able to take a yoga class each morning which she loved (she is a yoga teacher here in the US). The shower water pressure was great with plenty of hot water. The balcony off of the room was amazing with monkeys paying a visit in the morning. We slept well and didn't even use the fan provided. Will 100% be back to stay again. Thanks!

It is built into the side of the mountain valley by the owner, Chandana, who has crafted everything himself. It's absolutely beautiful! I could have sat relaxing on the balcony for days looking out over the view. Incredible value for money. The room is a decent size with really lovely art features. It is equipped with a Mosquito net, fridge, variety of lighting, and a large window looking out onto the view. The bed is very comfy. The bathroom is quite large with a straightforward hot shower. The property has a generator, so power cuts are not an issue. Acknowledging other reviews about proximity to the road - I am an extremely light sleeper and was able to sleep very peacefully. The road is really quiet at night. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful, even in this time of crisis. For us, the location was ideal. It's a few minutes tuk tuk from central town and Chandana will take you there himself on his own tuk tuk. He even picked us up every night at a moment's notice. Chandana is so smiley...he and his property lit up our stay!

The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. It is a stunning location, situated in the forest, with amazing views of Ella Rock and the surrounding area. The room was large and comfortable, with stunning views to wake up to. The free breakfast was the best we’ve had in Sri Lanka. Thank you Amila and family - we had the best time and will definitely come back. Thank you for your hospitality and generosity!

Great to chill in hammock at night with stars and fireflies. Amazing staff and tasty breakfast. They can arrange tuk tuk drivers to local sights for a fair price. Located very close to Ella town

Tantra Ella Lodge มีทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ในเอลลา ห่างจากสะพานเดโมดาราไนน์อาร์ชบริดจ์ 4.9 กม. I like everything about Tantra Lodge, everything was perfect as I saw online. It is a beautiful little oasis surrounded by trees full of wonderful wildlife. This place is also only a very short walk from Ella town, it is convenient for restaurants. Supermarket, shops and all the local must see attractions such as “9 Arches Bridge’ and ‘Little Adams Peak’ etc and many stunning hikes. It was so central here, I walked everywhere. My host Anjalo was the kindest, most thoughtful and best host in Ella, he went above & beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. He had much information to share and was always available when I needed him. My room was cosy, bright and modern, with a big & very comfortable bed, I had lovely private bathroom and shower. It was super clean and tidy. I also had access to a gorgeous & peaceful balcony space outside my room, where I often took rest and read or wrote. I loved everything about this homestay, it was home away from home.

Stuff amazing, they offering free pick up and drop off for check in and check out. Owners will do everything for you to make your holidays easy and smooth! We asked for tuk tuk for round trip, they found best price for us, we asked about taxi to Yala - they found the best price for us. Anything we need they helped with! And you are in the middle of forest, no rush, just trees, monkeys and few other animals. Really nice stay we enjoyed and would recommend to everybody. Thank you again for everything you did for us.
