Directions and information provided ahead of time were really helpful too. We had some issues with our flights which meant we were delayed arriving and Dyan was very communicative and understanding. Would love to spend more time here when we come back.

She showed us the shoppings near the house and helped us to buy the bus Card.In the room she had left lots of food for breakfast or even an afternoon snack, it was so sweet and lovely!!!

Located in Orewa in the Auckland region, Pohutukawa Lodge by Orewa Beach has river views and a peek of the sea. Beautiful, homely house, spotlessly clean and with every amenity you could want. Toys, games and books for the kids were especially appreciated, kitchen very well equipped, and welcoming hosts who have thought of everything. Great walk by the estuary nearby and an easy drive to Orewa and the beach. We'd return without hesitation.
