The location was fantastic, and the hospitality also brilliant - afternoon tea and the morning muffin were particular highlights (all home made). Directions and information provided ahead of time were really helpful too. We had some issues with our flights which meant we were delayed arriving and Dyan was very communicative and understanding. Would love to spend more time here when we come back.

The cabin was perfect. The view was beautiful and it had an impressive amount of amenities. Strong wifi too. Hosts were great. Highly recommend!

Located in Orewa in the Auckland region, Pohutukawa Lodge by Orewa Beach has river views and a peek of the sea. Beautiful, homely house, spotlessly clean and with every amenity you could want. Toys, games and books for the kids were especially appreciated, kitchen very well equipped, and welcoming hosts who have thought of everything. Great walk by the estuary nearby and an easy drive to Orewa and the beach. We'd return without hesitation.

Set 42 km from Auckland Harbour Bridge, Dangela Boutique Lodge offers an outdoor swimming pool, a shared lounge and air-conditioned accommodation with a patio and free WiFi. Really cute stay in a couples house. The rooms are cute and cozy with everything you need like cozy robes etc. i can totally recommend staying here on the way up north or coming back to Auckland
