I honestly feel so lucky that I decided to stay at this place. The room is huge with a breathtaking view for sunset and sunrise. It’s completely quite and you feel alone with only nature and ducks around you. Carlos was such an amazing host, taking the time to explain to me the history of the lake, the culture. I was basically alone with him in the boat having a tour of the island, far from the mass tourism. If you truly want a one of a kind experience, book here and with no hesitation. Specially when I heard many people not having a good experience at lake, because they stayed at Puno or a different place. I feel so fortunate that I was able to have a complete opposite experience. Sleeping on the floating island on the lake Titicaca was an amazing experience for us! All rooms have wonderful views over the Titicaca. We watched sunset from the bed on our terrace, it was absolutely amazing. Eddy and his family was perfect hosts and we enjoyed our stay a lot. They cooked very good dinner (10usd per person) and breakfast for us and we also had a lot of coca tea. We also had a tour around Uros islands (10 usd per person) with Eddy which was very interesting. He speaks good English what is not so common in South America.

Uros Samarana Uta Lodge er staðsett í Puno og býður upp á sólarverönd og fjallaútsýni. Titicaca-vatn er 7 km frá gististaðnum. Everything perfectly arranged from beginning to end. The stay included pick up and drop off at our hotel. Cesar showed us his Uros community and explained about local culture. Great room with private bathroom and terrace. Big comfy bed. Three course lunch and diner, as well as the breakfast where excellent. We highly recommend Uros Samaraña Uta Lodge!

Uros Summa Paqari er staðsett á eyjunni Uros, í Puno, 7 km fjarlægð frá Titicaca-stöðuvatninu. Puno-höfnin er í 5 km fjarlægð. Öll herbergin eru með sérbaðherbergi. The location had amazing views - what else could you ask for being situated in the middle of Lake Titicaca. Vidal and his family were lovely and friendly. The rooms was exactly as the photo depicted. Our favorite spot would be the lounge area by the lake where you can just sit the whole day. The bathroom is also very comfortable - their toilet is flushable and they have a water heater. Lots of blankets are provided to keep you warm during the night. The food they served though simple was actually one of the best we had in Peru, and that's after dining at Lima and Cusco.

Just be aware to bring cash- it’s not possible to pay with card, and there are also some extra fees- like transfer from the city, or entrance to Titicaca lake

Uros Titicaca coila lodge býður upp á gistingu í Puno með ókeypis WiFi, borgarútsýni, garð, verönd og veitingastað. Smáhýsið er með loftkælingu og svalir. Everything. The location was incredible, but what I liked the most was the host- I felt like staying in a family and would have wished to stay longer. Us Pagara. :)

I think it was the most beautiful place I've ever stayed in! There are 3 houses on a floating island, owned by a father and a son. They are extremely nice people! The price is ridiculously small for what they offer. The view from the huge windows of the house is amazing, and so is the stay on the floating terrace.
