This contemporary styled hotel in Vatra Dornei is a good base and halfway point between Sighisoria and Gura Humourului travelling via the spectacular Tihuta Pass. Undeground car park a big bonus. Rooms were excellent as was our evening meal in the hotel and breakfast the following morning. The 100 leu allowance for breakfast for two people more than adequate. Staff all very friendly and welcoming.

The pictures did not do it justice. It looks so much better in person. The host, Luca was very sweet and accommodating. He helped with transportation and any questions my friend and I had. It was a nice relaxing weekend and I would definitely visit in spring. Very cute town and the location was perfect! It is about 15 mins from town and perfect to those looking to get away from the bustle and noise.
