Location was easy to find by taxi. Girl at front desk spoke English well. Head porter that helped me with bags was very helpful, worked late, and knocked on my door at precisely the next morning which was very early. Needless to say I gave him a very good tip. Also the restaurant onsite was excellent with reasonable prices. The shuttle driver to the airport was right on time and got me there quickly. I gave him a nice tip for saving me on cab fare.

The reception staff spoke English which was great and they were very friendly and efficient. check in and out was smooth. Its so close to the airport and the free one way shuttle was a lovely bonus. Apart from the noise all night it was a lovely hotel.

Big room for me alone. Quiet place good for rest. It offered airport shuttle. Didn't use it though as I rented a car for this trip. The staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant service available
