Zur Alten Mine is situated 5 km outside of Graskop. Guests can walk around the dam in the gardens or hike up to the old mine.

The tastefully decorated chalets are fully equipped and some of them offer views. Each unit comes with a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Nature at its best. Very clean. Service was 5 star. Ranier was very helpful and gave good advise. We appreciate his concern when we came home late at night. Everyone agreed to rate this as excellent!

Some units have a terrace and/or a patio with pool or garden views. As our second visit must speak for itself, we just love the set up. Only 15-20 mins from the Kruger park entrance. The local town offer all we need from fuel to food and take-a-ways too. The hosts and staff are so friendly offering to help if we need something extra, They also have pool and lovely reception area that doubles up as communal area come breakfast if you ask. We will be back.

Both WiFi and private parking are available at the lodge free of charge. Small property, creates a more intimate experience. The houses were quiet, cozy and clean. The game drives were spectacular. It felt like everyone from our guide, Prem, to our waitress, Barbra, were going above and beyond with their hospitality. We were completely enamored.

Drakensig Golf Club is 6.8 km from the accommodation, while Kinyonga Reptile Centre is 17 km away. The nearest airport is Hoedspruit Eastgate, 6 km from African Flair Boutique Safari Lodge, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. Spent 5 nights at this fabulous lodge. We did a number of full day or half day activities which the proprietor helped to arrange for us and every detail was worked out, ensuring all we had to do was relax and be wowed. Returning to the luxury of the lodge and cooling off in the pool and the stunning grounds was a perfect way to finish off those days. We supplemented the chilling out process with drinks from the expertly curated selection of fine South African wines or beers, spirits and soft drinks. The interior of the lodge and the private suite could only be described as luxurious opulence furnished with many beautiful African artefacts. And as if all of that is not enough we enjoyed ample beautifully prepared and presented breakfasts. We were also privileged to play host to families of nyalas and warthogs who visited the area just outside our bedroom window and patio doors to feast on fallen amarula fruits. Wow wow wow !!!

The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. We were super impressed by this lovely place. The hosts were very kind, made us a delicious meal and had funny stories about their adventures. The room was beautiful, I even think they gave us an upgrade, but they didn't even mention it. Thank you so much for that! We only stayed here for one night, but we would have loved to stay longer.

Very nicely furnished and equipped. Lovely beds, wonderful outside area with birds, squirrels, mongooses and bushbabies visiting.... Watch out for the cheeky monkeys too!

We had a great movie night with popcorn and chocolate. All the food was so delicious We did an adventure game drive and saw a lot of animals. The sunset tour with drinks and snacks was also magnificent Octavia was so kind. She think of everything

Both WiFi and private parking are accessible at the lodge free of charge. The peaceful setting ,the sound of thr river below, the size of the room and how clean everything was. Checking in was easy, the manager on dury she was so fabulous and great to dreal with. and was even offered to bring our bags to room. The swimming pool fantastic., the monkeys were also good to see. All staff were so friendly and welcoming it was just a great experience. Our morning breakfast was so delicious and a special mention to "Cry -he was amazing breakfast host , so funny and entertaining, he was patient and has good knowledge of shops and where to find petrol. This was place was amazing and peaceful though was perhaps end of holiday season , though I would stay here again for sure.. Nice secure entrance too.
