Customer service provided by Louisa was superb. The property was beautiful and serene, with wonderful hiking trails. Although the restaurant was closed the evening we stayed, we were given excellent recommendations as an alternative. Breakfast was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again for longer!

Very busy town. Plenty of shops, restaurants and fuel stations everywhere. Andorran people were very friendly and helpful and most were happy to speak French. Good variety of restaurants for all tastes and budgets. Plenty of bus services. Everything easy walking distance.
Not sure what ecological measures are in place to conserve flora and fauna but it seems (like everywhere in Andorra) the priority is building! Constructions going on everywhere, every small space available was being built on. Would imagine the air quality is poor alot of the year. We witnessed at least 3 days where they were using a helicopter to traansport building equipment and materials from one end of town to another - quite shocking really.
If you walked about 20 mins into the mountains you got the peace and tranquillity expected. Some beautiful scenery and water cascades.
The traiils closer to the town were littered with dog mess although there were plenty of dog poo bins available.

The hotel is located in a nice place.
The hotel is located in a nice place. Only problem no parking place is available for everyone. it means it will be better if you request it in upfront.
It is very close the the Encamp city center ( very small ) and with car you can easily reach Andorra la Vella and the most nice attractions.
Very recommended
Great hotel with amazing staff who were always willing to help. Having a hotel with a sauna, steamroom and jacuzzi was a real bonus on a ski holiday and the free/frequent bus up to the Funicamp cablecar was great. We also liked the very large games room and hotel bar to relax in.
We were also there for the Carnival which was brilliant and a truly unique experience. And who doesn't like 6am fireworks on a Sunday :)
Unbeatable location for Funicamp and 10m drive to Andorra la Vella's main shopping area. Very responsive host and easy to follow instructions for check in. Clean and comfortable, heated flooring. The apartment compound is quiet. Exactly as expected and advertised. Would certainly repeat if coming back to the Encamp area.
Great location in the center of town, with paid parking nearby and easy access to many restaurants and the Funicamp cable car. The hotel is pet friendly, though the pets are not allowed in the dining area, so if you intend to eat with your pet, you can take the breakfast into your room.
Comfortable room. Perfect for skiing/snowboarding: lockers for equipment, discount for rental, it's possible to buy ski passes right in the hotel. Walking distance to Funicamp lift, and there is also a free bus there. Good breakfast. Good swimming pool and jacuzzi in the spa.
very nice people, excellente breakfast, location excellent . The Hotel is a little bit old but very clean and the staff very helpful. Very quiet as well and very close to the center of Encamp. Close to good restaurant and bars.
Hotel is very nice, good rooms (bigger than it seems in photos), breakfast is very good. Games room is lovely, additionally to that hotel has a nice lounge area, ski cupboards with drying facilities for the ski boots.
Basically I liked everything regarding staying in hotel. Room is very big, has plenty of space to dry clothes and lots of facilities to make food. Also some rooms has very cool view to nearest mountains.
The hotel is placed in a very beautiful location. You will hear the sound of the nearby river. The rooms were pretty clean and spacy and the breakfast included in the price was really good and various.
It was close from the funicamp, it was in a walking distance but you can take a funibus very close to the hotel. Also nice walk to the downtown.
The hotel kept a nice temperature, we weren't cold.
The apartment well equipped, clean and cozy. Close to Encamp gondola and Tibetan bridge and Rock del quer. You can find car parking on the street or in parking lot (charged).
Excellent hotel! Very friendly staff, free ski bus stop right in front of the hotel. The rooms are cleaned every day, everything is clean and the rooms are in good condition
