I recently stayed in Rogner for three nights. The Hotel is most centrally located with walking distance to most key attractions in the city, cafes/restaurants as well as government buildings. The rooms are clean. The bed is most comfortable. The staff is friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Bed was good. There was one customer servant (night shift, male) who was nice and helpful. The decorations were beautiful but were nonfunctional or broken. The hotel was nice enough to provide us with a taxi booking.
