The facilities and spa were amazing. I went with my best friend and my mum as a little girls trip. The hotel was amazing, really good location. The view we had from the room was stunning and the hotel itself was amazing. Everything was luxurious and the staff were really lovely - they helped us out with our questions and gave suggestions too. We will be coming back here again!

Set against the spectacular backdrop of the Alps, Innsbruck is not only a world-class European ski resort, it’s also the former seat of Maximilian
I’s Holy Roman Empire.
This imperial legacy has left its mark, most notably in the Old Town where beautiful Rococo buildings sit alongside pastel facades and typically Tyrolean, flower-adorned windows. The visitable Hofburg imperial court owes its modern appearance to 18th-century Empress Maria Theresia.
The Hofkirche contains a memorial tomb for Maximilian I, and his life is depicted in frescoes on the Goldenes Dachl (Golden Roof) nearby, named after the gleaming, copper tiles lining its entrance.
Flying into Innsbruck Airport, it’s easy to see why the city was so highly regarded. Practically every street ends with a view of the Alps, lush in summer, snowy white in winter. Nestled on a slope is Schloss Ambras, ex-residence of Archduke Ferdinand II, while the surroundings provide summer mountaineering, hiking and golf.
In winter of course it’s all about the fantastic Innsbruck skiing and snowboarding. Ski areas include Nordkette mountain, accessed by cable car and chairlifts near the town’s hotels and B&Bs on Booking.com. Its varied pistes means that several international competitions are held here, as well as the Bergiselschanze ski jump contest. The après-ski is laidback and centred around chalet-style bars and traditional restaurants.
Amazing mountains. Lots of activities to do. The Innsbruck city card is such a bargain! The buses and trams are frequent and easy to use. Lots of food choices there too. Really beautiful city with small town vibes.

Innsbruck has a wonderful location: a charming, not so large city in the midst of spectacular mountains. The Hofburg palace is interesting, is nicely located in the midst of the city and adjacent to a wonderful imperial garden with beautiful old trees. The other main palace, Ambras, is also interesting. It is located outside the city, well reachable by public transportation and surrounded by a great, hilly garden. The picture galeries and ancient furnitures of these palaces do not reach the quality of the top European castles, but are historically interesting.
Public transportation is excellent. The city is very lively, quite touristy, but also casual, a good mix of local people and visitors. Nice cafes along the river and the main streets in the city center. We ejoyed the food of Il Convento and the Trattoria de due Sicilie. Reservations necessary!

Innsbruck is a great city to spend time in.
Innsbruck is a great city to spend time in. It has a huge variety of restaurants, and great shopping if that's what you are in to.
Public transport is excellent, and you can base yourself in the city and buy a pass that is valid for a number of city sites, the public buses, and 13 ski resorts which can be easily reached by bus.
There is a funicular railway up to Nordketter, Innsbruck's own ski area.
There is a very easy student/university vibe to the city at night: highly recommended

A relatively small city among the Alps.
A relatively small city among the Alps. The old town is absolutely charming and fully walkable, If the weather is good, a visit to the Hafelekar summit by the cable car Nordketten is not to be missed. Also, Swarowski World Wattens and Ambras Castle are at a 15 mins distance.
Day trips to Munich, Oberammergau, Bolzano, Kitzbuhel and Zell Am Zee are easy.

It is one of the most beautiful towns I have been .
It is one of the most beautiful towns I have been . I decided to go there Bcz i had a direct train connection . But it was a wonderful place to have calm, quiet holidays enjoying the breath taking mountains and surrounding nature. It is a best place to sit quietly and read a book and enjoy the view of you book a place to stay around the mountains . But if you want to have the city vibe it is filled with people from different places and you can enjoy drinking some local coffee and tea and even wine and enjoy a local dish and taste local gin . The museums and artistic locations are best if you enjoy the local arts and crafts . It is a small town nestled in alps giving you a time to delve in .
The hotel is perfectly situated, just a five minute walk from the train station. The receptionist was extremely helpful in ensuring we got to the right bus stop to take the bus to the airport the following morning. The bus stop was a 5-10 minute walk, and the bus to the airport takes 12-15 minutes. It's a few minutes walk to the charming old town of Innsbruck. The bed was comfortable and there were extra softer pillows in the wardrobe. The breakfast was good. The common areas were very modern.
Excellent location, very close to the Old Town area, room was comfortable and clean, buffet breakfast has an excellent variety to choose from. Staff at front desk were friendly and very helpful, the hotel can provide you with The Innsbruck Welcome Card which offers discounts on various tourist attractions and cable cars for the mountains. This was not my first time staying at this hotel and I will definitely stay here again on a future trip to Innsbruck.
The location was perfect, near the train station and within walking distance to the city centre. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and cozy. The bar on the 13th floor was lovely. Also, a good thing about the hotel was that even though our room faced the train station it was not loud at all.
We had a good time so I would recommend Motel One Innsbruck, especially for a short stay!
The hotel is central to the old town. It is close to sightseeing, shopping, and restaurants. The property itself is clean but has that old school charm. The breakfast is awesome with so much variety. The beds are so comfortable and the duvets are warm. The upper sauna area is a plus. I nice sauna after a long day of shopping is great. The restaurant is great too, food top quality.
This was our second stay at the BW Plus Goldener Adler Hotel. The hotel is perfectly located just a few steps from the Golden Roof and right in Innsbruck's Old Town. Our room was not large but was fine for a short stay. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We ate dinner at the hotel's restaurant one evening - the food was excellent and reasonably priced.
We had a lovely room, the showerhead could use an upgrade but the beds were really comfortable. Small fridge available, free parking and good breakfast. We walked into the city centre (downhill) but took the bus back to the hotel after dinner (just a few minutes, it stops right around the corner). I would definitely go back if I visit Innsbruck again.
Very warm and gave a beautiful Austrian flavor. Was a 5 minute walk from the bahnhof and 10 mins to the Alstadt. We decided to have dinner in the hotel rather than return out into the cold (22F) and wind, and we were welcomed with a fabulous dinner, wine and an exceptional dessert. The staff went out of their way to make the evening.
The hotel was gorgeous and in the perfect location, close to the Old Town, Christmas markets and funicular. The room was very modern and comfortable and we slept very well. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we've ever had – bonus because they baked fresh, gluten free bread for us.
This hotel is very well located almost exactly between the train station and the old town. Both are, therefore, within walking distance. Stay on the top floor with a mountain view...it's worth it! Very welcoming and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Large and comfortable room.
This is the best location in Innsbruck. Could not get any better. Walk from train station and old town is literally across the road. Everything is right here including three varied restaurants in the building and fresh food markets 50 metres away. Views of the Alps from each wondow.
The room is very comfortable and breakfast was fantastic. I would come back just for the breakfast :).
Staff members were super friendly. The hotel is in the old town and is of walking distance from the train station. I'll stay here again when I get to come back to Innsbruck.
The appartement gave us the feeling/experience of an Austrian living and we felt comfortable there. It was very nice that the hostess could communicate in English and that she gave us the welcome card and tips for our visit in Innsbruck.
The hotel is very chic and smells great! The beds were so comfortable! It is less than 10 min walk to and from Salzburg Hbf and a 15 minute walk to Old Town. The views from the big wide windows in our was breathtaking!
its location is outside the city centre. Though that might be a problem for some, it offers a scenic view to the Austrian alps while at the same time being around 20 mins from Innsbruck city centre by 4162 bus
Classical Austrian breakfast, the room was cozy with a nice view. We had a bathtub in the room which was really nice. You have a bus stop close to the hotel to get into Innsbruck, so no need to drive down.
Close to the central train station of Innsbruck, a little bit far from the old town, but not too far. Like 20 minutes walking distance. Nice modern hotel with good mountain views from all rooms.
Very clean and modern- like staying in a modern museum of art! Very good location for touring old town Innsbruck- relaxing spaces all over the hotel, in and out; great room cleaning services!
The idea of the hotel of helping young people to enjoy holiday for cheaper price and giving you Soo Many other discount and free stuff to enjoy in innsbrucks
