The breakfast food was nice and plentiful. The morning staff were welcoming and friendly, particularly Jade and Yasmin who were always quick to provide us with whatever we needed. Lovely staff 😊
The restaurant food at the evening meal was nice, but we attempted to order a room service meal after a tiring day, using the QR function in our room. After an hour, we approached staff in the restaurant only to be told that the QR function had not worked. We waited a further 20 mins while our meals were prepared and delivered. We were told that we would not be charged for the meal, but noticed on our return to home, that we had been charged anyway.

The apartment had fantastic sea views from sunrise to sunset. The apartment was bigger than I expected and with new furniture. It was so clean and had everything I needed. The staff at Reception was so welcoming and helpful. The advised and booked all my sightseeing activities for the week.

Amazing little beachside town with lots and lots of hotels, restaurants and shopping opportunities. Step off point also for tropical island resorts and beaches. Airlie Beach never fails to impress me, gateway to Whitsundays. Airlie beach hotel is awesome for live music and fantastic food. Definitely recommend KCs too for their live music and awesome steaks. Always a good trip to Airlie.
Always a good trip to Airlie. Weather was a bit wanky but otherwise great, plenty to see and do regardless. If you are keen on some outdoor and open water activities, Airlie is the place to be. Family-friendly with a great night life for the single crowd, there's something for everyone. Plenty of great places to explore, a variety of food options, and an overall great town for the general day to day. Living less than 2 hours away does make it a go-to for a quick getaway, and choices range from camping to hotels to Air BnB stays, there really is a place to suit everyone. Town is always vibrant and busy with something going on.

Hotel room was very clean and had all facilities including a nespreso machine and plenty of towels and pillows. Beds were really comfy and the room was not noisy at all considering the bar downstairs. All staff were courteous and kind. Parking was fantastic, and right by the lift with secure access. Unfortunately I have only stayed here for 3 nights due to this fantastic house has been fully booked therefore I can’t expand my staying. 10 is the maximum score of Booking.com, but it is not the maximum score for Airlie Guest House should be gained. Huge apartment, which had actually been transformed from a 2 brm to 3 brm by converting the study area. Just far enough out of town to be able to enjoy the solitude, but close enough to drive or even walk into the heart of Airlie Beach. We loved relaxing by the pool and taking in the view. The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. They arranged a shuttle bus to the airport for us, and also got our room ready a little early as we checked in super early due to arriving on an overnight bus. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
