The Chief Concierge, Jarred, was extremely helpful - and went above and beyond the usual call of duty for a hotel concierge of this caliber. Jarred's team was also friendly even in his absence. The front desk staff was also a pleasure to deal with in every way. The location of the hotel is ideal for short or long stays, business or vacation. Access in both directions, road or beach, easy to reach. The Grand Bar was a good "plus" to the stay. Friendly staff and good food rounded out a nice stay at the Stamford Grand. The assigned room was simple and a bit dated Nothing special to report here. Housekeeping provided clean towels and sheets on a regular basis. Again, hats off to Jarred for his exemplary kindness and assistance. An example to all in this role.
