Great location by the ocean, super clean and modern interior, lovely breakfast and amazingly comfortable beds and bedding 😍 The restaurant opposite (Due South) was a great find too, fabulous beer selection and good food in a really relaxed atmosphere.

Easy check in and out. Lots of room to park. I liked that the room has a toaster and bar fridge. Our room had an outside, private sitting area, although not happy to see an ashtray there encouraging smoking near the accommodation. Otherwise happy and this was our second stay.

The location and breakfast were just right. Lovely to be a little spoilt in the morning. The artworks were a surprising delight. The room's outlook was very much an "Albany showpiece"with views across to the harbour and Entertainment Centre.

It’s Big, very clean, outstanding facilities, huge balcony with the most beautiful views of the bay. we had no young kids but noticed plenty of toys and books for the kids on the huge bottom floor, great lockup remote control garage. didn’t want to leave. owners were great to deal with. loved it. Thank you Edwin and Family our accomodation.
