The most welcoming and friendly host we ever met in Costa Rica by traveling here for 1 month! He tried to help us on every step, gave advises etc. Helping was very sincere. We really enjoyed our stay, made fire, looked in the stars and grilled meat. Leaving, we were given presents - fruits from host's local garden 😊 We are thankful, restful and now also fruit-full 😄 Highly recommended. Be ready that there is little bit steep road to access home (we had SUV without 4x4, was ok)

If you are looking for quetzals this is the place to be. We had four different sightings in three days and took pictures and videos. Our hosts were really welcoming and showed us round the property which is extensive and contains trails to waterfalls and surrounding mountains. Good training for Parque Nacional Chirripó! The property was well equipped and the bed very comfortable.

This place is outstanding. The owners of the place are very nice and helpful. The food made by owner Yuri is amazing, we highly recommend to just eat all your meals here, we are spoiled for the rest of our trip in Costa Rica. The surroundings are breathtaking, and the tour by owner Estaban is very interesting, he knows a lot about the place, the animals, and all the trees he grew there. Large ptivate cabine close to nature with large balcony facing the mountain. We saw green toucanets from the balcony while having breakfast! Comfortable bed with lots of blankets. Hot water available. Large parking area. No kitchen but tea and coffee machine in the cabine. Don't be too late for check-in as road to get there is a steep and it is not easy to drive at night.
