He booked us a bus and saved us 12 hours of waiting at the airport. He guided and explained everything that was not clear to us. Exceptional room service. The cleanliness of the room is perfect. Anna ( ANUTA) went out of her way to change the sheets when we didn't ask because she thought otherwise.
