Small cozzi hotel situated on the main street of Bedburg close to the castle and shops. It has restaurant in the same building and own car parking. My room wasn big enought and very warm. The bathroom was nice and clean. The breakfast was nice also.
During our recent stay, we noticed that the hotel does not have a traditional reception desk, nor were there any visible staff members on-site. Access to both the hotel entrance and our room was granted through a code lock system. Our arrival was late, around 23:00, which led us directly to our room for the night. The stay was purely for rest during our car journey, lasting only one night. This setup, while convenient for quick stops, may not suit those looking for a more personal touch or needing assistance during their stay.
Hotel52 offered me an unforgettable experience during my stay. The staff, with their unwavering focus on ensuring guest comfort, were commendable. The spacious, immaculately clean rooms, adorned with tasteful decor, added to my delight. Breakfast was a daily treat, boasting a diverse array of options. I was constantly impressed by the super helpful nature of the staff. Highly recommended for anyone seeking top-notch hospitality."
Old furniture. The hotel is on a local road - 24 hours a day car traffic, plus the railway is 20 meters away. No soundproofing. It is impossible to sleep with the windows open because of the traffic noise. No air conditioning. Very old and sagging mattresses, you can feel the springs. Bathroom unfurnished and without shower hose. Only German is spoken at the reception. Overpriced.
Hotel is good for 1 night. The curtains were not blackout enough so light came into the room. Mattress was a bit lumpy and the picture indicated a twin bed while there was a single in the room. Parking was not really clear where to park and where not to park. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice.
This is a cozy recently renovated hotel. Perfect for drivers. The furniture and bath equipment are of great quality. A lot of free parking slots in the hotel's private area. For its price, it is much better than other hotels in the area around Aachen, Düren, and Jülich.
Very friendly staff. Cleanliness good. Room very spacious. Big bathroom and well equipped.
Breakfast buffet good. Hot food cooked to order. Had really nice freshly cooked scrambled eggs.
Hotel in fairly busy location but didn’t hear any traffic noise
