The receptionists (both female ladies were really nice and cooperative. There was a gentleman at the reception (probably a manager) who did not seemed so pleased when I asked for an iron and also did not leave a pleasant and cooperative impression.

This is a nice hotel with exceptional attention to detail. The property boasts modern finishes that are stylish without being tacky.
