Staff was very friendly and helpful from the beginning. We got a free room upgrade without asking which is always a nice thing:). They were kind enough to arrange us a meat to accommodate our special dietary requirements.
Our room was very quite, bed was very comfortable and we had a really nice ocean view.
Breakfast was really nice and there were lots of both hot and cold options. There was even a omelette station for preparing omelettes to your liking

The hotel is absolutely amazing! Plenty activities for children, amazing swimming pool, kids club, perfomances in the evening time.
As our flight was late in the evening, we were aloud to use hotel facilities up to 6pm and then be offered courtesy room to have a shower and change.

Our second visit to Los Jardines was as good as the first, and we were again staying in a brand new apartment, this time further down the hill towards Terrazza. We really love this place, and really appreciate the size of the accommodation and how beautifully it’s been done. It feels very luxurious at a great price point. There was a lot of building work happening behind our apartment but it didn’t impact upon us. We really hope to visit again!
