A great neighbourhood to experience authentic life in another country and culture. Weekends are festive in the area with lots of activity at the local bars and cafes. Not many tourists around though... more elderly population noticeable.AAnonymousZimbabwe

There are plenty of trees surrounding the hotel area, so it's a nicer environment than most airport hotels. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are pretty comfortable though if you want to part the curtains for fresh air, the parking lot lights are glaring- a minor point. Very close to the airport and car rentals. The breakfast is good. The restaurant (owned by a different company) is OK.

The hotel was very helpful on that and since the first shuttle of the day was full we were offered an off schedule shuttle bus just 10 minutes later. Nice food in the restaurant, excellent menu for lunch, 13.5€ with 2 courses, drink, bread and desert. Same for breakfast,. Staff extremely helpful and charming. Area quite with total relax at 20 minutes from the old city centre of Bilbao. Confortable bed, spacious bathroom.
