The location is very convenient for travelling north. Parking is easy.
We were given a twin room, although we booked a double. This room had no wardrobe and only 1 light working in the main room.
We went back to reception to change for a double room. This room was an improvement as it had 2 lights working in the main room but only 1 in the bathroom. Both rooms were jaded with wallpaper ripped non matching light fittings and a large amount of tiny polystyrene balls on the floor and shelving surface.
We have stayed here for many years and we were particularly disappointed because the menu del dia was no longer available and the general menu was lacking in freshness of days gone by. The grill restaurant was vast in area. We were not greeted in a friendly manner, infact it took some time for the staff to appear at all.
Sad to say for the extra E20 per night it is no longer a favourite stay and we will be looking for an alternative hotel for future trips. Such a shame.

Lovely stay. The owner was very kind and helpful. We came late but we were very well received. When we arrived, the house was cozy with the lovely fireplace. Lovely stay.

Very good location right next to the cathedral. The lady at the reception was very friendly and gave good suggestions for food and places to visit. For the room, the age of the place appeared charming, for the bathroom, it seemed a bit outdated.

The entrance is a wonder of stonemasonry. My car was taken and parked securely for me. My luggage was taken to my room. The room was excellent and the swimming pool just amazing as a pool and architecturally as a building.
Dinner was superb with a fantastic suckling pig.

Lovely hotel, nice comfortable rooms. The thing that made it for us though was the excellent service from the gentleman who checked us in. He shown us the way to the parking garage and helped us park, he was so very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Absolutely sensational service. We didnt get his name though :-(
