The location is excellent. Ths room I had on the 5th floor was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The 4 person lift was perfectly adequate - and necessary.
Keys were obtained from the shop next door, so not sure what happens if you arrive when the shop is shut. Staff generally helpful, particularly the younger lady. Overall, highly recommended.

I didn't have any reservation but they allowed me in. Since my legs were so bad they helped to change from 2nd floor to 1st floor and to bottom bed which was super helpful. Albergue also offered pilgrimage meal.

I was quite late arriving and nothing was too much trouble for Roberto. He helped me with a lost tag for my luggage & also carried my bag up to my room. Next morning, he heard me close the door and immediately came to carry my bag downstairs. My room in the loft was lovely with a window to the night sky that I could draw a blind over, to sleep.
