Stayed in this place for two nights. Simply the best value you can get for a very affordable price. Lola (the owner) is a friendly local, willing to help out wherever he can. The hostel is situated in a 250 year old building, but has been renovated from top to bottom a few years ago. Facilities are in an excellent condition, the rooms are quiet and the beds comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped for making your own meal, a restaurant/bar and terrace are included as well. This place is hard to beat, and I will therefore recommend everyone who plans to visit the region to stay in Lola's Albergue.
Casa del Cofrade is housed in an impressive building in Albelda de Iregua, 9.3 mi from central Logroño. It offers modern country-style rooms with satellite TV and views of the valley.

The place was really comfy, awesome garden, really nice breakfast (don't miss the rye bread and jams), and right on the wine cellar (we got to visit it the next morning and do a wine tasting).

Great staff, very welcoming and helpful!
Breakfast was very good, although not that much fruit variety.
Ample room, with great natural light, and it's possible to open one of the windows.
Room service available, which helps because the hotel is close to Navarrete and Fuenmayor (only 30 minutes to Logroño), but works very well as a last resort
Wine tasting with lunch was excellent, very informative and easy-going (great pintxos)
Easy parking, however you can pretty much only get there and around with a car

Very good location to explore the Rioja Alta and Rioja Alavesa regions
Such an amazingly scenic area. We didn’t have time for dinosaur trails as merely touring thru. Village quiet and pleasant, ( steep) walk up to top church. No stores at all in village but proprietor of hostal (Huellas) happy to provide meals on request.
