Absolutely gorgeous hotel, overlooking a golf course, but a bit like the Marie Celeste! We arrived at 5.00pm and nothing was open, even for a drink, until 8.30! We left the car and taxied into Salamanca for the evening (about €10 each way) although there is a bus every hour outside the front of the hotel, which we had just missed,
The receptionist (Alba) deserves a special mention as she was charming and very helpful. She was the only member of staff we saw that evening.
A surprise. Didn’t expect such a fabulous hotel.
Quietly situated.
Enormous reception.
Rooms are large, beautifully equipped.
Breakfasts had everything you would wish for.
Evening meal in restaurant was gourmet dining. Superb.
Just 5kms from Salamanca and a bus service outside hotel.
