Very clean and well decorated. Large wet room shower with loads and loads of hot water. Our host provided, when asked a hairdryer and was very helpful. Breakfast was great and provided at whatever time we asked.
Railway close by, 50 yards, £35 railcard got you everywhere for 4 days. Bakery and local grocery store, 30 yards also recommended. Buy before you head into Paris in the morning, save 400 o/o.

This is a lovely flat in a stylish building. The host was very accommodation and I had a very relaxing time. There are some good places within a few minutes walk to get good food.
I would stay here again.

Dreadful hotel in a non tourist part of the city, broken facilities, smoke smelling room with stained carpets. Broken lift and dirty stairwell. A ten minute walk to the closest train station and a 40 minute trip to the city, no metro close by, no local restaurants for tourists, no bars for non locals, avoid this hotel at all costs. We paid for 2 nights but left after one could not wait to get out of this place. Paris is a beautiful city however Ivry sur Seine is not for tourists.

Good clean place. No comfort but everything was there.
Good clean place. No comfort but everything was there. Good bed, huge pillows that forces your feet out of bed even if you are just 180 cm like me. To far from Metro to have good Paris access. Neighborhood left, like a ghetto with wee smokers right side of. Staff at reception rude giving instructions like a warden in a juvenile jail. The other a super friendly helpful Togolese gentleman and the third a friendly smiling and greeting girl who never leaves her phone when greeting or giving out dustbin bags or T-roll. Great baker next door for fresh croissants. Big minus for foreign visitors 50+ TV stations only in French, which is ok for me but not for my wife and daughter. All together reasons we will not book there again.

No shampoo, the floor was cold.
The area is not to safe, at the middle of the night a guy was looking at our apartment windows for an hour or so and after we turned off the lights he came to our door trying to get in. It was very scary considering that we were two girls. Even now I’m still scared because of this

There are adequate shops for food and drink.
There are adequate shops for food and drink. This area does not have tourist attractions which I knew before staying there.
It is easy to catch RER or buses to the tourist hotspots.
If you intend commuting to Versailles which was my intention — unfortunately there was railway works disrupting the line and making the trip complex and arduous! On the last of my 8 days there normal service resumed, damn!
I recommend checking SANCF for rail works if things like this are important to you!
Friendly and very helpful staff at the reception 👌 😀, they informed us about transportation and any questions that we had. The room we had was huge like two rooms together which is rare in France !!! We had aircondition, refrigerator, hair heater and coffe machine. The bus line 180 was just in front of the hotel so we could go anywhere from there and the zoo is just 20 minutes away with an extraordinary forest with a lake and the possibility of do boating. Very close at LIDL MARKET, about 200 metres away.
Beautiful, bright room. Spacious, clean and modern. Comfortable mattress, powerful shower and great kitchenette.
The staff were brilliant, very helpful, polite and friendly. They even found me a saw to break open my suitcase lock after I lost the key!
I was worried I was too far from central Paris but the RER was 5 minutes away and it was very quick in to Paris - I simply couldn't find an affordable hotel in central Paris anywhere near as nice as this. So glad I chose this option.
I honestly didn’t like anything at the hotel , The service at the check in was horrible each and every receptionist I tried asking information would answer short tempered and as they don’t want to give service
At breakfast there was shortage of food or no food at all and the cleaner came up to each guest table and screamed demanding to clean up after themselves
Located in the vicinity of the university, the hotel was quiet and in a safe environment. The room was spacious and clean. There was no noise and one could sleep well. There weren't as many pillows or towels as this chain tends to have, but it was nice stay overall.
Room was ok for the money we paid, it's the same as the photos. Location is good, not too close to the city center but there is train/metro and you can get to the city center in about 25 minutes. There are also cheap supermarkets very closed to the hotel.
Easy to find! It is immediate to buses that take you into Paris, and super close to a grocery store/monoprix. Our host was helpful and our child loved his bed in the living room. Plenty of towels toilet paper and kitchen supplies, we had a great stay😁
Sorry to say that I liked nothing about this property. And no, I was not looking for a 5 star hotel I was just looking for a safe, healthy, place close to the center of Paris to stay at for the 2 days I was going to be there with my family.
The location is convenient, with the city center reachable in just 30 minutes via a train station that is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There is a supermarket just next to the hotel, bakery and several restaurants.
Breakfast was very good. The main issue was the airco. It was too noise with constant beeping noise at all time.
Complained but no avail, the hotel could volunteer to move us to another room but nothing was done.
Many thanks for hotel's staff, the room was realy clean, we realy enjoyed our experience. I really recommend this hotel to anyone to settle in a full clean area. the location is close to public transportation.
The location was really good, bus stop right in front of the aparthotel, walking distance from train and metro station. 15 minutes walking from a shopping center, and many restaurants around to have food.
