location is excellent, right next to a beach with water sports. Dogs allowed at a very good rate. we had a room with a terrace overlooking the lake which was lovely. We ate in the restaurant and had a very good meal. breakfast was basic but very nice. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room was basic but really clean as was the bathroom.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property.
It has been superbly renovated in keeping with the history of the house, and has been furnished and decorated with lots of character and style.
Our bedroom was large, warm and very comfortable, with a modern ensuite.
We loved the fireplaces in the comfortable living and dining rooms.
Patricia and Eamon are delightful hosts, very welcoming, with excellent local knowledge and ideas for exploring the beautiful town of Treignac and the surrounding country side.
A delicious breakfast was served each day, including light as a feather Belgian waffles!

just a fantastic place with lots of nice walking trails all marked out by the owner very friendly spoke som English that helped had space to park the bikes safe and was just all round great place to stay for a peacful time away
