A perfect location for visiting the main hospital in Lyon, a 10 minute walk although with lots of steps. Artisan boulangerie 5 minutes walk. Lidl 10 minutes walk for basic provisions. A couple of restaurants nearby.

It is a high rise, high density inner city accommodation area with all the problems you would expect. The people we met however were lovely and friendly and the market held every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday had some great produce.

I highly recommend the hotel.
I highly recommend the hotel. The hotel indicates there is an air conditioner but it does not work. The receptionist is told that the guy who operates air conditioners is not there and the air conditioner can not be turned on, but in the lobby and in the dining room the air conditioner works. You may not be paying for a room with an air conditioner and you get a room with no air conditioner. Unable to sleep hot and sweating, in short horror.

Especially we want to note the place where it is located. We can confidently say Villeurbanne is the best place to live and relax in Métropole de Lyon. There is nearby a metro station, tram stop, bakery, church. You can always walk to a huge city park, with a botanical garden and a zoo. And also - to the Part-Dieu train station.MIKHAILRussia

The schuttle connects to the Metro A line. From the Flachet stop its a short walk to the flat. The Neighborhood is residential. There is a nice Creperie close to Fachet at 249. The beds are very comfortable. The flat has a nice layout. It's comfortable and feels spacious. The host is very welcoming and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.SarahIreland

Close to the wonderful Parc Tete d'Or which has lovely gardens, a lake and free Zoo! The apartment is also only 3 minutes walk to a tram stop so access to the rest of the city no problem.
