Comfortable and architecturally interesting hotel in an attractive small town. The history files in the hotel foyer (a particularly comfortable area) were fascinating. The common areas of the hotel all seemed very good - traditional and attractive. Our room (No 32) was in Gladstone - a solidly-built house immediately behind the main hotel; it was large and had two upholstered arm chairs, a table, and a desk; the bathroom was excellent (don’t add any cold water when drawing a bath, though - the hot water tap will give you a pleasantly warm bath). There are several good walks in and around the town - ideal for a dog.
With countryside views on the edge of Muir of Ord, Hillview Park offers cosily furnished rooms and full Scottish breakfasts. Free parking is available, and Inverness is 12 miles away.

Such a lovely B&B in a quiet area, Linda and Dougie made us feel very welcome. Our room was lovely with all the little touches that make your stay enjoyable, we had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was excellent, especially the fresh baked scones which is a very nice touch. We will definitely stay again if in the area.
Easy to get to if no car. Hourly bus service from Inverness.
Easy to get to if no car. Hourly bus service from Inverness. Also a less frequent train service. Two local taxi services operate in Beauly area. There are quite a few places to walk (country and riverside walks). Lovely priory to visit. Kilmorack Gallery a few miles outside Beauly also worth a visit. Several eating places and cafes. Recommend The Priory Hotel, The Friary chipper and Corner On The Square gourmet eatery and deli.

We were just passing through on our way to the very top so it was a fleeing visit. Stayed in a fantastic b&b just outside of Beauly. Went into the town in the evening for a meal in the local hotel. A lovely wee town and warrants a return visit to see more of the place and use more of the local ameneties.

The Old School Shop has an eclectic selection and lovely friendly staff.
The Shimla Restaurant (Indian) though very tired decor, the service and food were good.

I loved the area where the house was which is in Kirkhill not actually in Beauly as Booking.com has stated it’s about a couple of miles out of Beauly but a beautiful place.. Kirkhill is a small village it has a war mausoleum which you can be taken round, also there is a beautiful estate where you can get married in called achnagairn estate and also a lovely walk just around from the property which Sheila and Willie are most helpful in telling you where these all are..
Nothing.......First room we were given was right above the bar..not ideal for a quite night away.very noisy. Also the room was very claustraphobic for me.. small and low ceiling.. We were moved to another room in the annexe which was a bit better...but we would have been charged same £130 for either room...seems a bit unreasonable. We have stayed in a lot of hotels but this is one that is not on list for a return visit...plenty other hotels In area
Wonderful setting with views across the fields to the hills behind. Facilities were perfectly adequate and the kitchen has everything you would need. Very friendly owner, with an equally friendly dog, who always came to say hello. The local pub serves a great pint from a local brewery, is also serves food, although we didn't eat there the menu seemed pretty good.
The accommodation is modern, bright, open plan and very clean. The large bed is very comfortable and the bedroom has good storage space. There is a lovely view to the front which can also be enjoyed from the garden. We really appreciated the opportunity to do some washing and pop it out on the line. Fantastic location - a short walk into Beauly.
Our host Fiona was friendly, welcoming and hospitable. The property looked out on attractive farmland. Our room, though small, was clean and well-appointed. A variety of breakfast choices was provided and the cooked selection was delicious. Plenty of on-site parking was available. Dinner options were possible in Beauly, only a short drive away.
Overnight flight into Inverness so we were tired. The hotel recommended the Swan restaurant which was excellent. It is on the way to the hotel. We were met and showed to our room which was lovely. It had coffee and tea. Breakfast was made to order and we headed on our way to the NC500 route. A nice beginning !
We booked this last minute but what a gem of a find
Excellent value spotless very comfortable
We had to ring for a meal from a limited menu but asked for a bottle wine which we got as well
Would have been nice to sit and dine not sure why that isn’t the case but it was still a great stay
If you need a starting point towards the northwest of Scotland - this is the place to stay.
The place is big enough for 4 people, the view is great, quiet, 20 minute drive to Inverness.
Drive 30 minutes northwest and you're off to a great scenery.
A very comfortable and well-equipped apartment with everything we could need. Beauly was a convenient spot for sightseeing without having to go into Inverness. Our hosts were friendly, very generous, and quick to respond to our requests. Thank you!
The B&B was a lot better than lots of hotels we have stayed in
Very clean lovely bedroom and lovely breakfast
Ample off road parking and in a fantastic location
The owner was very friendly and helpful
Would definitely recommend this B&B
Wonderful stay! Room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and location was very convenient to explore Inverness and the Loch Ness area. Hosts were so caring and sweet, and the simple breakfast was perfect to kick off the day.
Great location - a very easy walk into the lovely village of Beauly which has a train station.
Property is fantastic - big, lovely furnishings, immaculately clean and everything you could need is provided.
The apartment room was amazing and spacious. Having access to a clothes washer made the stay that much more enjoyable. The location is close to major cities, and Beauly is a gorgeous town.
Lovely spacious bedrooms. Nice hotel central to shops and beauly priory which was nice. Staff were lovely and prices for food and drink was good. No complaints.
This is the most amazing place with amenities one would usually find only in 5 star hotels. Perfect location and wonderful breakfast ! We will be back :)
