I stayed at your hotel in November (booked bed and breakfast) I was told the breakfast lounge was not open as you were doing work on it and in the kitchen, so no full breakfast I saw the floor was up We could not get sausages or bacon in the morning you did not even have orange juice. Its now May (6 months later) Exactly the same, as soon as I was checking in I heard your receptionist telling a guest exactly the same thing and the dining room floor was in exactly the same state Asked about evening menu, this was at 4PM told you dont have one?? was offered 3 different boil in a bag curries or fich finger sandwiches (unbelievable) You are a disgrace and will never stay with you again
