My mum and I really liked the location and the atmosphere at this hotel. Martin was lovely and a standout staff member during our visit.
The room was small but was very clean and comfortable - perfect for the 1 night we were staying.

Our room was lovely- spacious and comfortable. The triple room could comfortably sleep 6 as there was a king bed (actually just two twins put together) and two sleeper sofas, making this great for a family. We arrived far past typical check-in since we booked last minute, but a woman helped us right away and brought extra bedding for the sleeper sofa. The sofas were also deep enough to for one person to sleep on without pulling the mattresses out since the back cushions are removable. The room was very clean, and it had been tastefully renovated. There were charming historic details like built-in bookshelves and dormer windows which let in lots of light. There was also a kettle with plenty of options for hot drinks as well as a mini-fridge- the only accommodation on our trip to have one!

Grangemouth is an industrial busy area but is close to all tourist and interesting facilities. Not a lot to be seen in the town just used it as a base and spent no time at all in the town. There are plenty of of great places in the local area for food and interesting places.

The personnal ot the hotel is really charming. Nice parking open air.
The only regret : no elevator and my suitcase was so heavy.
Close to two good attraction not far away = the Kelpies, fantastic inox sculpture and The Wheel, great technology. You can go to Linlithgow but the castle is closed for heavy restauration. And Edinburg is not so far.

Grangemouth itself is quite industrialised, but it does have a few gems dotted around. Namely the Kelpies, canal and just a short drive or cycle away the Falkirk wheel. There's some nice parks dotted around to walk or cycle in and if you have the time and energy the canal paths can take you all the way to Edinburgh or Glasgow.

The town centre has changed dramatically.
The town centre has changed dramatically. Many shops closed down.
There is a shop called stitches which does wool etc. It has lots of things and the lady is very helpful.
I used to be out there quite a lot. I now only go for shops Stitches and the fruit and vegetable shop every thing nice and fresh.
It was a very spacious and comfortable room. The bathroom was a really good size with a walk in shower which is so ideal as most hotels you look for tend to not have that.
Having a smart TV in the room helps massively as you're not stuck watching set channels, can go onto Netflix and put anything on. Big advantages for the room.
Both desk lamps the bulbs either needed replaced or had barely any light on them.
But overall a really good stay and would definitely recommend
The staff really make the hotel - all were excellent and really friendly and welcoming. Excellent meal in the lounge, and breakfast was really enjoyable. Rooms are
a bit dated but ours was freshly painted and immaculately clean. For what we paid, it was excellent value for money. We were there for one night for an event nearby and it ticked all the boxes for us.
Clean, nice rooms perfect for two people tv had loads of options and channels staff are really friendly the only down side was on the last night there were a lot of people outside drinking and smoking weed but the hotel can’t help that! It’s perfect if you want value for money and friendly and helpful staff for the hours the staff do they need a raise! Amazing place
Clean hotel, comfy beds and lovely friendly staff. Unfortunately in the middle of an industrial estate, no facilities for evening meal or breakfast unless you do a twenty minute walk across dual carriage ways, or drive into town. We had been given the impression that it was much nearer to The Kelpies ...so a bit disappointing, but convenient at the same time 🤪
The hotel was walking distance to the Kelpies, which was the reason for our visit. Staff are friendly and helpful. We had a dog friendly room in the garden suite. The room was big with bath and over the bath shower.
Dog are allowed in the bar area, which was comfortable with friendly staff.
The rooms were spacious, comfy and very clean. Had a great nights sleep and the breakfast was very tasty with alot of options to choose from. The location was brilliant for what we had planned for our trip with things such as the Falkirk Wheel and the Kelpies being a short drive away.
We traveled with two dogs and our room had plenty of room for my wife and I as well as the dogs. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was outstanding. If we're goin out in that area again, we'd definitly stay again.
Lovely hotel, bar & restaurant. We were touring round Scotland and the location was perfect. Everything we needed was in one place. Tasty bar snacks and lovely food in the restaurant. All the staff were really friendly and very welcoming.
The rooms were large and had a bath as well as a shower over the bath. The windows opened properly. The food in the bistro was exceptional and reasonably priced. The hotel is close to both the Kelpies and the Falkirk wheel.
Perfectly comfortable bed after previous establishment (in a different city) had too soft… resulting in a bad back & worse knees.
Next door to the hotel restaurant & bar; down the street from a local grocery store.
Hotel and staff were very friendly.
Location and room were both good.
Evening meal was amazing with great service also a good breakfast.
Right on the doorstep of the Kelpies what is well worth a night time visit.
Beautifully presented room .The.bed was comfortable and the furniture around the hotel was amazing Sofas and chairs you just sunk in to and relaxed. The food in Cooks was also beautiful .
We loved everything about the hotel the room was amazing the bathroom had a jacuzzi bath it was amazing the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was lovely highly recommended
The food was superb. The hotel was in prime position to see Kelpies, beds were the most comfortable on our trip, the decor was lovely, particularly in the breakfast room.
We transferred to a sister hotel and that room was perfect . Whereas the one we were given (211) was not functional for purpose nor was at 4 star standards.
